The hotel is very close to terminal 5 and offers a shuttle bus. it runs once an hour starting at 5 am. the room was clean and well-equipped. It was perfect for my early morning flight.
the check-in queue was slow. i waited for 30 minutes. the club lounge also failed to live up to expectations in terms of what was offered to customers. the food and drink selection was poor.

the staff were friendly which was acceptable.
I booked a club room. the check-in queue was very long. the club room was disappointing. it had an empty mini bar and paper cups. dining was also slow. Some customers had to ask for their food order to be taken.
